The core energies

Let’s explore the energies that connect you with other multi-dimensional beings.
In trance, my clients often find themselves releasing connections to other people and energies.
Eventually, they reach a point where they must discern what belongs to them and what does not.

At this juncture, they encounter their core energies, usually numbering 4-5.
These energies play a crucial role in this life and the experiences to be had.
With the help of their core energies, they can discern what is energetically „linked“ to them.

There are different levels of energetic connection to others.
These connections vary in strength, visibility, and direction.
Sometimes, they send energy where it’s not intended, and other times, they are tapped into.

Some connections should remain permanent, making immediate sense for the involved aspects of the being.
Others are no longer significant and can be released instantly.

Consider the core energy of love as an example.
A deliberate connection to a current partner or children makes sense but should be judged from the heart, not the mind.
An old connection to a deceased or no longer present acquaintance can be energetically dissolved.
This has nothing to do with memories of that person; it’s about the energy embedded in emotions that are no longer current.

With „tidy“ core energies, navigating life becomes easier for individuals.
They can directly recognize what is theirs and what is not.
This leads to an enhanced understanding in conversations among people and the clarity needed to shield oneself from certain things.
I don’t mean to advocate for an empathy-free behavior.
Rather, it’s about preserving one’s energy and being clearer and more present for other people.

Clients in the coaching and mentoring scene benefit as much as entrepreneurs or team leaders responsible for their employees.
When they clearly know their own areas, they understand how to better support their team members.
In the work, we go to the extent of giving the core energies a sort of protective shield that immediately alerts the client if something attempts to attach.

This is another crucial aspect of independence.
It makes a significant difference to me whether someone can „protect“ themselves or if they often have to turn to a healer, investing time, money, energy, and self-confidence.

Cleaning the core energies isn’t just about the influences of external interactions—whether they come from us or others.
It’s also about the influences from ourselves, specifically from our minds.

Several clients have had situations where their own minds created hidden connections to their core energies.
Through these connections, the mind could retain its power, partly through its own actions and partly by „feeding“ fears that then deterred the person from certain actions.
The mind labels this approach as „protection.“

Here, you might grasp the brilliance of the mind.
This brilliance is fantastic when it doesn’t turn against you and when it’s utilized in the right places.
Imagine what’s possible when you deploy this brilliance in areas of life where you truly need it:
in business, supporting other people, or coexisting with your family.

Scientists speculate that we only use about 5% of our brains.
Imagine what else is possible…
Of these 5%, the mind typically still expends energy in areas where its jurisdiction has long been exceeded.
In places where you actually don’t want your mind to be in control.
This is were cleaning your core energies helps again.
When the mind understands, that it can trust your other parts, it can share responsibility.
And with the resources it gets free, it can do better.
