I’d like to break down the topic of fear into two parts.
I assume you’re familiar with the first part, so I’ll keep it brief.

First Part:
The Saber-Toothed Tiger Story. Without fear/instinct, we wouldn’t have run away in the past, and we wouldn’t exist now.
You know the rest, and if not, it’s not crucial for this article.

Second Part:
Energy-bound fears that impact your life or surroundings are a constant companion of your being.
They often exist to guide you in the right direction, even if you don’t see it that way in the moment.

So, they have a purpose. However, there are three „issues“ with fears, and it’s important to develop at least some understanding.
With the information on this website and the knowledge it provides, you won’t be able to travel to places where you can bid farewell to certain fears.
That’s okay; as you’ll read shortly, you don’t need to worry about it.

 

Issue One: The Hunger.

A fear always has the hunger. It always wants to snack on energy.
It doesn’t care whose energy it is—yours or someone else’s.

The problem is:
A fear that was meant to show you the way can stick with you because it finds nourishment there.
It nests itself and becomes a constant companion.

Sometimes it becomes noticeable to you, as it needs external situations to use your energy.
Other times, it’s just within you because you’re giving away energy on your own.

Combine this with the brilliance of your mind, and you might realize that your mind sometimes invites fears.
It wants them to maintain the energy in certain areas at a level it considers safe.

People usually don’t recognize these fears.
Only when we enter the dimension where we can see these connections can we recognize that it’s a fear.
Most of the time, the situation can be defused, and fears dissolve on their own.
They quickly understand that the food source will disappear and find something else.

Some of them even want to leave; they just didn’t know they were no longer needed.
This is good because, for other cases, more effort and help are needed.
Some fears from clients required us to travel to the source of all energies and bring them back from there.
This process is not a walk in the park, doesn’t work in the first session, and requires a certain maturity on both sides.
That’s why it’s crucial to work with experienced therapists.

They need to have been there to know how to behave and reach the desired goal.
Some places are so far from our human existence that it’s challenging to stay in trance.
The necessary feeling is crucial to reach the goal quickly and energy-efficiently.
You’ll only recognize fears at this level when you’re ready.
Otherwise, they still have a service to perform and guide you through your experiences.

 

Issue Two: Your Timeless, Multidimensional Existence.

Is it even your fear sitting at your table?
Now, for this part of the article, things are getting a bit more crazy.

Bare with me:

We assume time is linear.
Getting up, living the day, going to sleep.
If you have the time for a 90-minute movie, you will watch it.
And if you go for studies that take 3 years, you can plan and calculate that as well.
Now, let’s change that for a moment and say everything happens simultaneously.

All your existences, experiences, memories, interactions, actions, reactions, and every breath occur at the same time.
Unimaginable, yes, I agree. However, let’s assume it for a moment.

In that case, it’s not unlikely that you have fears in your field that have nothing to do with your current life.
Some clients had fears significantly impacting their lives.
After we looked at these fears in a parallel existence and clarified that they had nothing to do with their present life, the fears vanished.
Just like that.
An echo remained in the body, which gradually weakened over time.
Since I have maintained contact with some clients for years, I occasionally ask if the fears have returned. And what life looks like now.

Let me give you an example:

A client was afraid of spiders.
If she came home at 3:00 am and found a spider in her apartment, she wouldn’t go to bed.
Instead, she’d call a loyal friend who would come over at night and remove the spider.
You realize in this example that not only was the client’s life „affected“ by the fear but also the lives of other people.

The shared experience surely brought them a level of trust. Their friendly relationship could grow.
They understood that they can count on each other.
A valuable experience.

The fear, on the other hand, was no longer needed at some point.
She wanted to get rid of it, and in one session, we saw where it came from and why it arose in that particular life.
There was no reason to have it in this life anymore. It left (was let go).
These days, she easily approaches spiders with paper and glass, collects them, and takes them out of the apartment.
Without spending much of her energy and time.
And without calling her friend.
But both still know that if she did, he would be there for her.

We all have such fears.
For many, these fears disappear on their own without us having to do anything about it.
For others, a bit of help is needed.
And yet, some fears are allowed to stay because the experience attached to them has not yet been made.

 

Issue Three: Other People.

It’s not even your fear that’s nibbling on your energy.
Through our social life and interactions with other people, we also come into energetic contact.
I’ve had cases where the fears of strangers „hung“ on the client.

These can be both active and inactive connections.
People who are no longer in the social circle still have an energetic connection, and their fears tap into the client’s energy.
These fears are usually not as strong as one’s own truly relevant fears, but they keep a person at a certain level.
It happens that the expectations other people have of us are, in reality, their fears.

Since they are so closely linked to us, they can access our energy.
So far, I’ve had only one case where a fear really jumped to the client without a good reason.
Because the psyche and our lives are so complex, it’s impossible to fathom why such things happen.
For me, there’s no need for special „caution“ or any protection rituals there.
Things happen as they happen, and the „master plan“ is so complex that we progress much faster with acceptance and self-love.

 

Now, ask yourself:
What fears are at your buffet?
And will you feed them in the future?
